Meet Our Founder: Jaclyn Rosenberg

Jaclyn Rosenberg is a dynamic educator and the visionary behind Wise Owl, a premier tutoring company that transforms learning into a joyful journey of academic success. With over 16 years of experience, Jaclyn combines her expertise and a warm, personalized approach to inspire exceptional growth in her students.

A proud graduate of Indiana University with a degree in Elementary Education and a master’s in TESOL from Hunter College, Jaclyn has dedicated her career to empowering learners of all backgrounds. In 2016, she launched her first tutoring company, City Kid, where she helped hundreds of children master reading, secure spots in top private and gifted programs, and thrive with tailored support for diverse learning styles.

Jaclyn’s impressive career includes roles as a literacy specialist and model teacher, coaching fellow educators and working with students at institutions like the NYC Department of Education and Avenues: The World School. Her mission is simple yet profound: to ignite a love of learning in every child and help them unlock their full potential.

In her free time, Jaclyn loves teaching her son new skills, enjoying family walks in Scarsdale, and creating at home. She also relaxes with friends over lively games of mah-jong, blending strategy and fun.
